Shower Thank Yous

How long did it take for you to send them out?

I sent my shower thank you's about a week afterwards. My shower was very close to the wedding and I wanted my guests to receive the t/y's before they saw me at the wedding.

My shower was 9/27, and I didn't mail them until 3 weeks later, I was sooo busy..that's my excuse!

my shower was 9/13 and i didnt send them yet - i planned on sending them monday, but its been so hectic i didnt have a chance, i have about 10 left to write is that really bad? do you think people are starting to wonder why they didnt get one yet?

my shower was 10/12 and I'm slwoly working on them. Maybe today i'll get some more done.

i sent mine out in 2 weeks. if i didnt special order them i would have sent them out within a few days. since your shower was more than a month ago I would just call everyone and thank them. if u had a lot of guests that would be a big job!

1 month.... my shower was September 5 and i mailed them out by October 9...

I had my thank you's out within a week. I'm a big stickler for those kinds of things, though. It's actually eating away at me that I haven't been able to send wedding thank yous!!!

same here...it reallllly bothers me...so im a thank you nazi.

i wrote them and sent them out in batches (by family/friends). the first ones i did the day after the shower and then the following two days after that so they were all received by the end of the week. after my shower

I finished mine the day after my shower and mailed them that day!!!
It was because my bosses wife have me the day off and I felt I should still be productive!

my shower was 4/27 and i wrote and mailed them out that night. they were mailed the next day.

my wedding thank you's have not been ordered yet. i am hoping to have them ordered and mailed out before my 6 month mark.

i sent them out the week after my shower. My shower was on a Sunday i had them mailed my Wed the latest.

Mine was 9/28 and I haven't sent them yet

I wrote about half of them out.. My goal is to send them this weekend

Most went out the first week; the people that weren't there but sent a gift I sent out maybe 2-3 weeks after. Don't know why I did it that way. My hand was getting tired! lol...
