My Aunt couldn't come because her sister died a day or 2 beforehand and she was totally distraught, but she sent a gift with my cousin.
I'm writing the TYs, what do I write for hers? So far I have, 'Thank you very much for your generous gifts...'
What else do I write? I'm so sorry for your loss...?

Have you already talked to her? Already offered condolences? If not, then write it in the card. If you have already talked to her, I'd simply write we wish you could've been there, everyone missed you, yadda yadda yadda. I wouldn't want to remind her and make her sad when it's supposed to be a bridal shower, a happy thing, KWIM?

i'd stay away from mentioning the loss ...
maybe something like 'I'm so sorry you weren't able to make it to my shower and really appreciated that you sent a gift anyhow - it was very sweet of you. I can't wait to see you again soon and celebrate FH's and my wedding with us'
