My mom and MOH threw me a wonderful shower the Saturday before last. I really appreciate all the thought and time they put into planning it. They did a really good job of keeping it a surprise too. I was a little suspicious because both my mom and FMIL made little slip ups the week before.....but everyone was EXTREMELY convincing on the day of. I really thought I was going to a surprise 40th birthday party that day! FH even did 'pretend slip-ups' to make me think the shower was in May! The shower was held at the Irish Coffee Pub and I thought the food was really yummy. I had a great time and we got a ton of fabulous gifts!
