When do people have showers? How long before the expected due date?

It is usually reserved for the 3rd trimester, and done at somepoint during that time. I think it depends on schedules and how the mom to be is feeling too.

I've gone to ones that were 1-2 months before the due date!

Mine was June 1 and I was due July 3. They're definitely held in the 3rd tri... anywhere from weeks 32-37. It really does depend alot on the planners, though.

I didn't really have a shower....actually, it was a mini-shower, thrown by my friends in CA, and it was on March 23 (oddly, the anniversary of my bridal shower - how wierd, huh?) and I was due on May 10th.
