So I printed pictures from my e-party through Shutterfly b/c the first 50 were printed free (since I'm a new member). I got them today and they came out TERRIBLY! They are cropped strangely and all blurry. I printed 100 pics so I still had to pay for the additional 50, plus shipping.
Definitely do NOT recommend them

Hey girl! I never develop pictures so I did family albums for christmas and had mine printed through snapfish - one picture came back with a stain - i chatted to a representative and they gave me a credit on the account with free shipping for the number of pictures damaged. *See if you can chat with a shutterfly representative or call customer service they might be able to provide credits in your account for reprints, especially if the fault is on their end or if quality was compromised. Hope this helps a little. =)

AWW I'm sorry this happend to you. I have been using shutterfly for a real long time and I've never had any problems. Def. contact them and maybe they will credit you!

Call them and complain, theyll reimburse your money. It happened to me!

Me too! I've used them a bunch of times and never had a problem - but they should definitely refund your $$ if there's a problem!

That happen to me once, apparently if you crop them yourself, you have to uncheck a button somewhere on the website so they don’t re-crop them.
Def. call them they will credit your account the full amount so you can reorder

Definitely call them they will either refund you or print you new pictures. They are really accommodating. When I printed my E-pics they said I would receive them within 5-7 days and by the 10th day I still hadn't had them so I called and they overnighted the pictures. I received the first batch the next ..sooo oops! But I got two sets of pictures out of the mess! But seriously, I would call them, couldn't hurt.

I've been ordering photobooks abd photographs for years. I've never had a problem. My friend made her wedding album and they sent her a new one over something that was her fault!!
Believe me, they're great..it might be a fluke thing.

I've ordered stuff from Shutterfly for years now. You have to make sure the pictures are the right resolution at whatever printing size you want it. And you have to make sure you preview them so that they don't get cropped, or crop it yourself with their tool.

Thanks ladies Always here to support me! I will definitely contact them - I'm sure it's just a silly error. I usually just print my photos to my local Walgreens, but I figured I'd take advantage of the free prints.

Aww, I never had any problems when I signed up. I printed out pictures from my engagement in disney, and they came out fabulous. I'm not sure if you can do this, but try creating another account and see if they come out any better.

Agreed I was thinking the same thing. Your resolution may have been too low for the size you chose and they do warn you of that before printing.
I've used them for years and even made my Guestbook with them and I never had problems.
Definitely call customer service and see what they can do for you.

aww! I am sorry that happened! I would definitely call them and let them know you arent' happy. I have never had a problem with them. I actually jsut got my thank you cards back from them for my engagement party and they came out great.

snapfish is better, they tell you the pictures will be cropped if you leave them at the 4x6 size (or whatever the standard picture size is) and ask you to switch to a 3 1/2x 5 1/2 size or something like
they also have if you refer a freind they give you and your friend 20 free pictures...
i just keep sending it to a million different friend and make them sign up so i keep getting free pictures!
its also 9 cents a picture...i think shutterfly is 12cents.

my ex used to work for them....what u need to do is call the 800 # and they will re-print them for you and if you complain they will also ship them out to you for free and usually 2 day prioriety
