I'd like to know this too. I've been dragging my feet on getting this done since I have no idea where to start.
I'm using a trolley or a coach bus i think...i don't want my guest driving drunk...everyone lives really far so I don't want them worrying about having to drive and not being able to enjoy themselves....I think we're going to end up at the Courtyard Marriot in Ronkokoma
I think the trolly is a really cute idea. I live in Los Angeles so trying to plan a wedding across the country has been very difficult.
You can try the North Fork trolley, I just emailed them for a quote so I'm not sure of there prices but I think its a cute idea. The website is northforktrolley.com
where is ur wedding???? if it's in nassau, we used the wingate inn in garden city...they were wonderful. They were in an inhouse vendor at JT, so we blocked rooms for our guests, and then they provided free shuttle service to & from the hotel....and breakfast in the morning!
