I am having a hard time finding a reasonably priced shuttle. We have an 18 passenger limo, so at the end of the night, everyone can probably just pack into the limo. We have about 15 guests that will need transportation, does anyone have any companies that won't break the bank?

This! I booked my shuttles through Camelot, they were very reasonable. They only have 14 person shuttles though, so you may need 2 depending on your final guest count.

I am using camelot as my limo company and they quoted me $218 each way for a 14pass with several runs. It's hard to know exactly how many people I will have so I might just need the shuttle at the beginning of the day. I might be able to fit everyone into the 18passenger on the way back, but impossible to know until closer to the wedding
Super shuttle quoted me $192 including tax and tip round trip for a 10pass vehicle and were super nice...ugh!
