Me too! I feel super apprehensive to book for some reason, I got some quotes but haven't met with anyone yet. If any Ladies have a suggestion I'm gamee!

I am booking a shuttle through my hotel for $300 for the entire day of the wedding. It will be shuttling my OOT guests back and forth between the hotel and the Carlyle at their leisure. The driver and the BM at Carlyle both have walkie talkies and communicate all day long for whenever a guest wants to be picked up. If you are doing a hotel block I would check that option out.

I had to get a coach bus for my shuttle bc we have a ridiculous number of OOT guests! I got mine through trans exec They have amaller shuttles tho as well. I called a million places and they had the best price!

I second trans star exec. Fantastic price and when I went there I was really impressed with how clean the bus was. It sounds weird, but my sister and I both remarked on how it smelt good! How many limos/buses can you say that about?

I used camelot. They used my party bus to shuttle guests from the hotel to the reception. From the reception back to the hotel afterwards I was supposed to have two 14 passenger vans, but my guy let us keep the limo bus as one of the shuttles. Prices were reasonable!

we are using colonial for the shuttle-2013 35 passenger shuttle that we will have make 2 trips at the beginning and end of the night (joe from camelot recommend them to us). they had the best price, and you get to keep the shuttle the whole night (so people can come and go as they please if they want to leave early).
