okay i just got a quote for $900 for a pick up and drop off. that sounds crazy to me. Can you please tell me who you used for shuttle service and what you got? taxi, van, bus? My hotel will shuttle the guests to the reception but I have to arrange for the pick up back to the hotel after the reception. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the hall and there is no way I can justify paying $900 for that. HELP!!

ALLO! Yeah try North Fork Trolly and Alert Bus Co. I think NFT was like $500 or something for shuttle service. It seats 34 people I think and is pretty cool looking. I know Classic transportation has trolleys too and shuttles. They're also an LIW vendor.
I have an appt this weekend w/ NFT so I'll let you know how it goes...

I don't know about that price....I have a bus for a few hours, then they'll pick us up after the reception and drop off at home, total for 4 hrs, and extra pick up/drop off....$1500

This is one job tht FH has to do and so far hasn't done a darn thing. Gave him a list of vendors to call about four weeks ago. Guess I have to take care of it.

Susi, What hotel are you putting your guests at? Since you're getting married at the North Ritz, a lot of the hotels over there provide shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel.

i got a quote for $950 which was pick up and drop off and a car to take us to the hotel after the ceremony/reception, but that was for the BP only and in limos, not shuttle buses. how many buses will you need?
