Shuttle Bus Timing

I am getting nervous. My ceremony will be at my RH and my hotel is about 15 minutes away. I am providing a shuttle bus for guests from the hotel to the RH and I wanted to the shuttle bus to make 2 runs.

My ceremony starts at 7 pm. Hospitality starts at 6:30 pm. I won't ever being able to fit in 2 shuttle bus runs with 1 vehicle using that timetable. The only thing I can do is have the shuttle bus drop people off earlier than hospitality, which I know the RH will frown upon and will drastically cut back on my picture taking time.

Do you think I should get a second vehicle?

I'm battling the same thing but my ceremony is so early in the morning I'm afraid with 2 trips that some will have to get there super early and the rest may not get there on time.
I wound up with a 27 passenger shuttle that will hopefully be enough but he said we can work it out closer if I need to add another shuttle or a trip once I have a better head count.

Probably, before you go crazy. I was starting to but without a head count why worry about it now.

We had a similar issue with the hotel shuttle.

Our mass was over at 4 and then we took pics and went to the RH for pictures there before CH. Some people actually came to the RH and sat there while we took pictures because they didn't have anywhere else to go so the RH won't kill you.

For the guests at the hotel we picked up 15 min before the hospitality time began and had family come first for pictures before CH and then the other guests were in the second shuttle.

I wouldn't pay for the additional shuttle unless you absolutely have to because they are expensive!
