shuttle buses for guest transport

We have quite a few guests coming from OOT or Manhattan that will need transportation to the RH (about 20-30 ppl)in Long Island from lower Manhattan.

Do you have any recommendations or experiences regarding shuttle bus charters?

Will they be staying in a hotel that would possibly provide this? Or maybe the hotel has recommendations or could some up with some sort of package for you?

no they are mostly manhattanites who don't own cars!

I have the same issue. We may have to go with something like coach usa or call for some school buses.

We used the Hampton Jitney for our guests. We didn't transport from NYC, just within the Northfork but I'm sure they offer shuttles out to your RH. I found the customer service to be very good and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be.

We did the same thing for the same reason. We used Golden Touch and they were awesome and much more reasonable than the limo companies. When you live in Queens you see their black and gold buses around all the time.
BTW the guests really appreciated this, so it might cost you a little, but it made it really easy for our carless guests.
