Shuttle Busses

Can anyone recommend inexpensive shuttle busses? Even school busses are okay. I have transportation for the bp and their dates already. I'm looking to have a bus from the hotel to hall and back for any other guests that don't want to drive themselves. But, I don't want to book a coach bus or one through a limo company. Thanks!

It's probably cheaper to go through your limo company.. I know you didn't want to hear that..

If its cheaper, then I will definitely do that. I just assumed it would be more expensive b/c they use nicer busses. I'll call them - thanks!

My limo company is giving us a nice van that holds up to 14 people to bring them back and forth from the hotel. They will do two runs each way for $225.00.

I'm using Regency. I have their limobus for my BP that seats 32. I was hoping for a shuttle bus to fit approx 30.

You may want to try Van Go transportation. I have never used them but I understand their prices are resonable. http://www.vangodirect.com/

I used vans that fit 14 people and I just needed them 1 way and I think it was something like $42 each way(inc tip) You could also book it by hours but that would have been more b/c you have to hold it through your reception(from beginning to end.) We had no problem with them, they were great. I think we had 4 vans one way from reception to hotel, it was under $200. I used All Island car service. The vans were regular dodge ram vans.

I'd used for transporting my OOT guests:

Ultimate Class Limo
We'd got the 32 pass limo bus, but it might be expensive since it's a limo bus. It's the kind of bus that rock stars or celebrities use when on the road travelling.

Thanks for all your suggestions! I'm going to call the places you suggested. Shannon - what is the # to your place? Tina - I'm using the limobus for my bp and their dates already, I wanted something less expensive for the other guests.

kmcwed...is the $225 the total price? If so, can you give me the contact info for your company? We are also looking for something similar and on a similar budget...

We are using Mayfair Limousines on Larkfield Rd. in E. Northport. Kathy helped us and it was $625 each limo (10 passenger). This was the best price i could find, they've been in business for a while and they were all really nice & helpful. Good luck!
They had a shuttle van for $65 an hour, but i am not sure how many it seats.
