Just curious, has anyone used Coach USA or US Coachways for mini buses or charter buses for moving 30-40 hotel guests to and from the reception?
We're hoping we can get them to do 2 one-ways, and not have to hire a bus & driver for 6 hours!
Any feedback on experience with them, or other suggestions, will be appreciated!

I think they have minimum rental times of 6 hours for each bus, so I think you'd have to get them for the full time. We've been looking and they're all SOOOO expensive! I'll let you know if I find anything.

Do a search on this site b/c I remember reading a lot of past brides using Alert Bus.

Fh has been calling around and all places that he has spoken to so far need a 6 hour booking... they will do 3 hours in the beginning and 3 in the end but has to come to 6 total.

Can you tell me who you found who would split the 6 hours, 3 at the beginning 3 at the end? That might work...
