Other then Timeline Cards in the OOT Bags are you going to put something where they need to meet and stand for the Shuttle? Like should I get a canvas with a pic and write on it so and so Wedding on it?

i wasnt planning on it...the last wedding i went to that had a shuttle, the front desk just told us where to meet when we chucked in...and it was right outside the main entrance

Our hotel said they'll put out a sign w/ the shuttle info and times since we'll need more than one run.
