For you girls that are having a shuttle to and from the hotel to the reception hall....how are you giving your guests the info for the shuttle times? We are also havign breakfast for the guests the nest day. What would you recommend we put in the OOT boxes so everyone knows these are available to them?

I am making a wedding timeline and attaching it to the front of the gable boxes.

That's exactly what I'm going to do -- I'm going to have a piece of cardstock in the OOT bags that has the info, as well as a letter they'll hand out at the hotel to my guests with the info.
