Shuttle info in OOT boxes

Shuttle info in OOT boxes

For you girls that are having a shuttle to and from the hotel to the reception hall....how are you giving your guests the info for the shuttle times? We are also havign breakfast for the guests the nest day. What would you recommend we put in the OOT boxes so everyone knows these are available to them?

I plan to put a wedding day time line in my OOT boxes so the guest will know the shuttles times etc.

I attached a timeline/schedule to the welcome note on our OOT bags. I put all the shuttle times, as well as the info about the next day brunch on there.

This may be a stupid question, but how do you make a timeline?

I'm doing a timeline too... it's easy, either write out the times and events, like this:
9:00 AM........Shuttle pickup
10:00 AM........Ceremony Start

or, you can get a little creative and make a line with times on it and then draw arrows up to what is going on at that time. I'm sure if you google it you can find pics-- i haven't done mine yet, otherwise I'd show you!
