I need a price range to know if this is something I might do.
TIA

Re: Shuttle Prices
I'm getting mine through the hotel. It's $425 for as many trips necessary in two hours to the RH and then again two hours after the reception back to the hotel.

Re: Shuttle Prices
so far we rented 2 vans from winston...i think one is 11 passengers and the other is 15...and its $400. that includes one way from hotel to RH and then form the RH to the hotel.
just one time, not repeated times

Re: Shuttle Prices
Our hotel will give us the shuttle for free if we have 10 rooms booked - drop off at RH and pickup back to the hotel. If we do not have 10 rooms we will have to pay $150 per round trip.

Re: Shuttle Prices
I am paying $300 for mine through the hotel. They will make as many trips as needed between the hours of 10am and 6pm between the hotel and RH.

Re: Shuttle Prices
I am gettting mine through the hotel too. I have half of the guests coming from out of town, so the hotel that we booked (Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge) puts the shuttle price in their room charge.
If not I was going to pay about 1000 for the 80-100 people.
