where do i get a shuttle for my guests from the hotel to the reception and back? Does anyone have a number?

A lot of girls have used Alert Bus Company (aka Bauman Buses). Run a google search for one or the other - I can't remember which one gets you the company, and my home computer will crash if I try to do it for you.

Some hotels provide the transportation - my hotel is - Holiday Inn Express iN Hauppauge. It's included in their room cost.
ETA: Rate = $149/night.

I see you are getting married at Jericho Teraace...what hotel are you using? I had my reception at JT and we stayed at the Wingate Inn and rented the hotels shuttle vans.
