I am looking to get a shuttle for guests staying at the hotel. Any suggestions on who to call. Also, how much would it cost?

Re: Shuttle Service
Ask the hotel if they have a company who would give you a discounted rate. Ours has one but I did not call them yet, the information flyer mentioned they wait until 4 weeks before the wedding to see how many people booked, that way the know how big of a shuttle they need.

agreed - check with your hotel first. We are getting the shuttles provided through them and if 10 rooms are booked under your block the service is free.

Re: Shuttle Service
yea check with your hotel first
but we booked all seasons because it was a much better price. $50 per van per trip. and we booked 4 trips, so with gratuity it was $240. Paid in advance.
Camelot was $150 R/T, or $250 unlimited for 2 hours, so you woudl need 2, totaling over $500. We didnt have a good experience with Camelot shuttles for a friends wedding and so thats why we went with All Seasons, and the fact that we saved some cash. and our hotel applied the $150 credit for booking 15 rooms toward my room instead of the shuttle. Sorry if that didnt make any sense lol
