We are getting married at Fox Hollow and also blocked rooms, so we will only need to do a shuttle if we end up reserving rooms elsewhere.

But, when my FSIL/FBIL got married they rented 2 coach busses to shuttle people back to the hotel from the reception. This was about 100 people.

We have 50-60staying at the hotel and are doing a 32 person shuttle bus. It I'll make two trips to get people to the ceremony and the hotel has a shuttle that can accommodate stragglers. We rented the shuttle bus for 12 hours so guests can return to the hotel whenever they would like. It will make trips for even one couple if say someone got sick and wanted to go back to the hotel. Then towards the end of the night it will wait for the shuttle to fill before it makes trops back.

we have 31 rooms booked and are just using the free shuttle for the viana that was provided- it's only a mile from our venue and we will just have them make multiple trips

School bus....I know they r big and yellow and not elegant but it's not like they will be in pictures! I was quoted for 3 hrs from 240! A coach buys still cost way more!! Check first student!!

I'm using all star it's 1200$ for the whole night. They will make trips back and forth from 6pm-2am and we have our reception 7-12. Remember you will have stragglers so there's nothing wrong with multiple trips. Ours is a luxury bus that seats 30 at a time! :)
