Shuttle Service to Hotels

Hi Girls,

I need a shuttle service from the reception hall to the hotels. Do you girls have any recommendations? Also what's the typical price range? I guess I would need this before and after.

Check with the hotel that you booked some of them offer service.

If not check with your limo company.

I'm not sure which hotel you booked with but I looked at the Four Points Sheraton and the Hilton Garden Inn, both in the Plainview/Melville area. They both offer the shuttle service for about 2 hours before and 2 hours after for guests. The Hilton is $375 plus gratuity and the Sheraton is $450 including gratuity, so they're pretty much the same. HTH

where is ur reception hall???? we got married at Jericho Terrace which is in Mineola & used the Wingate Inn in Garden City...speak with ur rh - they may have hotels they work with/reccomend that can give u a special rate.

Hi Girls,

I actually booked with the Melville Marriott..and they don't provide a shuttle unfortunately..and we havent' found a limo co yet..any recommendations?

Well Im getting married in April at JT. I went to LaQuinta and they are providing me a free shuttle if 15 rooms get booked.

I looked at that Marriott and the thing that turned me off was the absence of shuttles. They do have a couple companies that they work recommend. Ask Eileen who they work with. I think I talked to a woman at Elite transportation. They were willing to work with me, using a 15 passenger van. I think they said $300 each round trip, but if I wanted them for sure, she said they could probably work out something better.

I went with David Bros. They were great and on time! I got a 14 passenger van for the way there and a shuttle bus which holds 21 for the way back. Total cost was $384.00 including gratuity!
