do you tip a shuttle driver if it's provided through the hotel? they aren't making like one trip there and one trip back, they are doing multiple trips throughout the night and I'm not sure when to tip and if the drivers will change at some point throughout the night

The driver most likely wont change and I'd tip him.

I would tip him, even when you book a shuttle often times the gratuity is not included (unfortunately this seems to be with everything wedding related)
