shuttle transportation?

shuttle transportation?

ok so I'm going to need transportation to and from the hotel. I was originally going to do more than one pick up since I have an extra hour and I know some of the older guest won't want to stay that late. I was going to see if they could make 2 or 3 trips back and forth.

Does that make sense? I need opinions here, I'm lost. Mom says I need to have the option for people to leave early.

I guess it depends on your guests and how many older people will be there, for my sisters wedding she had her shuttle making trips back to the hotel starting at 10:30 (wedding was til 12), but just about no one took the early shuttle. My grandparents left earlier than 10:30, but my uncle just drove them back to the hotel himself and came back.

We are only having one trip there and one trip back on the shuttle, if people want to leave early they can figure it out themselves! And my gramma is the only old person that is going to be there, and she already told me she plans to party it up til the end

we are only offering the shuttle at the start and finish of the wedding. the guests will be made aware of that when they check into the hotel and if they have a problem with it, then they will need to take their own car to the wedding or make arrangements with someone that is taking a car to the wedding to take them back early.
its not worth it imo to pay for a shuttle/limo to sit at the reception for 5 hours and possibly have one or two guests use it.

Joe at Camelot helped me with this issue for our wedding. Our wedding was over at 11pm so we booked a shuttle from 1030-1230 that did multiple drops to and from the hotel. It worked out great and of course Joe gave us a great price!! HTH!!!

It makes sense, but we are just doing one.

If people want to leave, they can figure it out themselves

Our reception ends at 10:30 (sunday) and our shuttle starts at 9:30. I think they are making 2-3 trips. We've been to weddings where old folk to want to go home early and are stuck. FH and I don't want bored looking people at the wedding, just ship em out!

Did you use 2 different shuttle companies or just book two time slots (one for going to the wedding and one from coming back)?
