Shuttles
Ok girls,
FH's parents rented a house not too far from the hotel where we have our block. They are having an after party, and the house is off a fairly winding road, so FH and I thought we should provide shuttles from the hotel to the party and back, and also shuttle from the hotel to the reception and back prior to the after party.
We will be inviting 164 ish people.
Should I go ahead and contact shuttles now? Or wait until I have rsvps so I can figure out the actual number of people staying at the hotel?
Who should I call?
