Shuttles

Hi! I am looking into shuttles from the hotel back to the reception hall and then back to the hotel after the wedding. What companies did everyone use? Does anyone have any quotes? Thanks!

we used coachman transport, I think it was $1500 from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm for a 30 person party bus. It was used for the BP and the guest hotel shuttle to and from the watermill.

I used First Student, which uses school buses. I paid $875 for one bus from 5:30pm-1:30am (8 hours) and one bus from 5:30pm to 8:30pm (3 hours). I had about 60 people to transport, because my family is large and entirely out of town. We had the two buses for the first trip so everyone arrived at the ceremony at the same time, and then did two trips back to the hotel (the older crowd went on the earlier shuttle and the rest had no problem piling into a bus to get back). Off the top of my head, I think it was $600 for the 8 hour bus, and $275 for the 3 hour bus. The buses were great, and they were half the price of any limo companies' shuttle options.

DO NOT use first student.. i just used them at my wedding on March 2nd.. and the shuttle got lost going to the reception, and went to a different RH. then, on the way back, the bus never came back to get us after they dropped the first group of people off at the hotel. me, my husband, and a bunch of our bridal party were stranded at the reception hall for an hour and a half, missed an hour of after party, and had to pay to take cabs back to the hotel. my DOC said just as we were leaving in the cabs, the bus finally showed up (over an hour after it should have been there) they completed ruined the end of my wedding and i would not recommend them to anyone
