Shuttling guests
Is anyone shuttling thier guests from the hotel to the wedding?
If so, are you hvaing them shuttled from the hotel to the ceremony, to the reception , or just hotel to reception or what? Our ceremony might be about 45 minutes from where the reception is going to be, and the hotel will probably be closer to the reception. Should I get a bus for OOT people all day, hotel to church to hall to hotel. Also if they drive themselves back to the hotel after the ceremony, they might miss the bus. And should I have the shuttle stop back at the hotel in between the ceremony and reception if there's time? And how much is this going to cost?
I've been to weddings where there was a shuttle for OOT guests, but the ceremony and reception were at the same place both times. What are you supposed to do if it's separate? Is the bus supposed to be just so they cna drink and not have to drive, or are we supposed to provide them with full transportation?
