SIck, need advice, and leaving soon for LI!
I woke up sick today (sore throat, headachy, etc) so I am home trying to rest, we'll leave for NY after FH comes home from work.
But we got some additional bad/sad news, one of GMs might have to drop out since his wife's father is being taken off life support this weekend and it all depends on the funeral, etc.
FI is considering asking our mutual good friend (how we met really, he is already reading in the ceremony together with his wife) ) to fill in his spot or alternatively we may just keep it open and be uneven.
Either really works for me, it seems like we need to wait and see and then may ask our friend... what would you do? I can't think straight since I feel really ill and this is the third person/couple not coming for various reasons in the past week so we are SAD!
