so i've been sick for almost a week now...I'm sitting in the basement with a PUFFER COAT ON!!! I've tried drinking oj, i've tried halls vitamin c, nyquil, dayquil, robitussin cold, cough, and flu, vicks vaporub...yesterday i didn't leave the house at all except to pick up medicine. anyone have any other remedies?

If its been that long go to the doctor. Strep throat and respatory infections are going around.

You should use a humidifier with Vicks in it. It does wonders.
Melody, I would be using the Airborne, even if I already had a cold, Afrin nosespray Severe Congestion, and running the humidifier. I have in the past, also used plain Robitussin. Hot tea, might be comforting. Prayers for you today, hon!!!! Mary MOB
