Signature Drink Help

I need to choose two signature drinks ...

one drink for FH - should be something with coconut flavor (for example: coconut rum, coconut milk, etc)

one drink for myself - something sweet and fun (preferably with caramel, but not so heavy that people will puke after drinking 2 of 'em) ... no martini's.

carmel could be difficult... I know they make a carmel Irish Creme maybe you can just do Bailey's Irish Cream with carmel and kaluha and a splash of milk (or cream) over ice. It would probably taste like a carmel flavored coffee

Oh and your FH's drink...
Malibu Rum with Blue Cruacao and pineapple is really good. Over ice as well, it will also be like a greenish color

okay kinda off topic but i was reading nydailynews.com yesterday and saw this title and i thought it said 'carmel milk' but it said 'camel milk' (which the 'm' word makes me gag- i really thought i was gonna vomit yesterday) so seeing carmel reminded me of that- thanks for making me almost puke

but in all seriousness:

A Day at the Beach

1 oz Malibu rum

1/2 oz Amaretto

4 oz orange juice, unsweetened

1/2 oz Grenadine

Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice with ice. Pour into a highball glass half filled with crushed ice. Top with grenadine. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry.

*Bailey’s Coconut Frappe*

2 oz Bailey’s Irish Crème

1 oz Malibu rum

2 oz milk

Shake or blend until frothy; pour over ice and garnish with toasted coconut.

*Blue Hawaiian*

1 oz light rum

1/2 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Pineapple juice

1 oz Cream of Coconut

1 tsp Sugar

Mix all ingredients in a shaker half filled with ice cubes. Strain into an old fashioned glass half filled with crushed ice. Decorate with a paper umbrella and strawberries or a slice of pineapple.

2 oz vodka

1 oz blueberry schnapps

1 oz pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients in a shaker, shake and pour into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Thanks for those ideas ... the first two you put are definite contenders

are you allowed to have shots at your wedding? maybe think about having the caramel one as a shot instead? super sweet drinks can make people feel sick
