Maybe a really stupid question but I've seen a lot of brides mention these? How do you go about having them?

Ask your venue if they allow it. They are usually for the cocktail hour and can either be passed around with the champaign or instead of it or you can print them and put them on the bar for people to order when there.
So far, all the venues I have visited, haven't said no to this request.
