Do I get an easel or just lay it flat? I'm gonna have a little card with a poem on it, but what are you doing/did you do?
I think we will lay it flat as guests enter, and maybe prop it up after the ceremony....remember to NOT put your photograph in there....the pen may slip and ruin the photo! Put the photo in a nice frame

I have the same question, plus another - what about the pen? If the mat's on an easel where would you keep the pen?
I think I'm gonna keep mine next to the mat - it'll be a few acid free achival quality gel pens anyway, not regular pens, so they won't be fancy. I just wanted to know if I need to get an easel. Thanks everyone!
