Signing Band Contract Soon...Advice?

hi,
i am going to sign either
ELITE CLUB or
DAYBREAKS NITE by this thursday.

Did you guys sign it right there? did you take it home? what things should i make sure are stated in it?

Make sure to list the actual performers. I know you can't GUARANTEE anyone, but make sure that anything short of a disaster, they'll be there.....

Oh, and how many songs they are willing to learn.

i havent heard Elite , but I KNOW Daybreaks nite is great..they were second runner up to the band we chose, Heart and Soul

We saw them 2 times and then at the showcase we signed contract- but we had as much time as we needed to sign, and it is pretty straight forward...

Do what makes you feel comfortable, i know franklin wayne(daybreaks night) will save your date for 2 weeks...and it will give you time to look over contract

ALSO, make sure they put continuous music (if thats what you want) and if they are going to be at cocktail hour have that too
