I looked at Cresh Hollow, it was our 2nd choice! But we decided to go with a smaller place that only did 1 event/day and that gave us a lower minimum.

Thank you all! I was pretty nervous about committing to a RH but I think we made a great choice.
We are using the entire Grand Ballroom because we are having 300-350 guests w/ a 300 minimum. I love how large the room is and know that my guests won't be cramped for space. We'll also be doing the Cocktail Hour by the pool.
I'm dealing with Eric too and so far I think he's great!

Congrats!! Crest Hollow is an amazing choice. I was so close to picking Crest Hollow, we even did a food tasting. The food is fabulous.

we booked with CREST HOLLOW last saturday!! =]] sooo exciting.. and we dealt with LEO.. i hear a lot about TOM and maybe if we had him he would of given us a better deal like throwing some extra things in for us or not charging us for certain things.. LEO was nice but i feel he could of been a little better, he was a very sarcastic guy and wasnt that easy.. i am wondering if any of you brides at Crest Hollow is covering your chairs and getting charged for it full price?? and the choclate fountain if it got included in your vietnese.. cause he did not cut us a break and we are getting sooooo much!! =[

endlesslove116, Congrats!! I totally forgot about the chair covers when I was signing the contract. I don't think it's included, probably have to pay for it separately. The burgandy color def does not match my summer colors so I'll call Eric tomorrow and find out because I need them covered. Didn't get a viennese so no answer for you on that...
