signing the contract on Sat. UPDATE: we are officially in contract!

After all the dilemma about apt. building vs. garden apt. coop, we decided on the apt. building in Bayside and are going to sign the contract on Saturday. I'm nervous and excited at the same time... I think I've gotten over living in a building, I hope I actually have once I get in there!
Now time to start mortgage shopping!! AAHHH!!!!

It actually got postponed until Monday, because the atty. had a family emergency. I'm started to get excited - thanks everybody!

WE signed today and gave the down payment, DH was having a hard time writing the amount on the check!!!! but step one is done!
