i flush everytime...i think maybe that rule was created when there was a water shortage...

either way i really don't get WHY anyone would not flush..

Hell yeah I flush every night. I think its disgusting if you don't. I think its even more disgusting if you don't wash your hands.

I do, although sometimes I pee before I go into the shower and don't flush (because I don't want the water temp to re-regulate) and then when I open the lid again I remember and I'm like opppps! Bleh!

My sister in Vermont says 'If it's yellow, let it mellow - If it's brown, flush it down'. Really, it is such a waste of water when you do a little piddle!!

ETA -- But I do flush every time -- partially from force of habit I suppose - and when I go to visit her she scolds me!!!

Yup Every time I use the toilet, I flush - sometimes I flush more then once

In the mornings, I use the toilet, take a shower, and then flush - I flush my hair that came out while in the shower. lol

i do the same thing!!!!!! other than that, the only other time i dont flush, is when DH needs to pee Right after me... he just flushes when he's done (or vice versa)

Ok well I do flush 99% of the time but if its in the middle of the night and I am using the basement bathroom, I do not flush, because if I flush the monsters that are down there will hear me and come get me omg funny thing is i really think this way!!!

I flush 99.99% of the time. The only time I don't is when I get up in the middle of the night to pee (which now that I'm pg happens at LEAST 2 times per night) and I use the bathroom connected to our bedroom. If I flush it will wake up DH and he gets pretty cranky so he has asked me not to flush if I get up in the middle of the night, or to use the main bathroom down the hall... (which one do you think I'm gonna use?) Half the time I forget and flush anyway, then I get the cranky face and the grumble when I come out!!

same here- but i usually flush anyway
