When people ask me my wedding date or when i am getting married i say march 21st - that is it. than they say next year, 2010. Hello if we are past that month in 2009 and if i wasn't getting married in 2010 i would say the year
I was so excited to get past march so i didn't have to say 2010 anymore or next year - but nope still have to do it, does this bother anyone else lol?

I have a few month months of 'Next October... yes Oct 2010' (what else would next october be? 2009? 2011?

you are at least in the first month so people would be real crazy if they said this stuff to you but i thought i would be in the same both since i am right in the beginning of the year too

Yes!! I literally get that ALL the time. Whenever I say 'January 16th,' they ALWAYS ask me if it's 2010. It drives me nuts but I guess it's because they're surprised that it's so soon or something. lol.

i think people are just scared that 2010 is only 5 months away
alhtough sometimes its scary to me too!! I will be an april bride as well as I haven´t booked ANYTHING yet!! (hopefully the hall by this weekend)
