All of our RH payments were on the last day of the month. February had 28 days so our payment was due on the 28th. For the remaining months, our BM wrote the 28th of each month instead of the last day of the month. FH and I both get paid the last day of the month. If this month's payment is due on the 28th, do you think it's ok to bring the check on the 31st? It's Jericho Terrace.

Just call and ask. It's not worth guessing.
If your contract says the 28th, I would call to see if the 31st would be ok. Otherwise I'd go with the 28th so it isn't late and you haven't violated the terms for your contract.

It will likely be ok, but I would definitely call your BM to double check and get a firm answer. If they say ok, maybe have them change it in the system so that you don't have to do this every time a payment is due.

I think you should be okay. I don't think they can charge a late fee? Can they? They haven't provided any services yet....right?
