I had my shower last weekend. Was planning to send out my invites on Monday. Is it rude that I send out my invites to the wedding before getting out the thank you's for the shower????

I don't think so. You have no control over when your shower is and people know that. So since you're already planning on sending our your invites, just send them/

i think its fine, if youre really worried about it start working on your thank yous now and try to get them out around the same time as your invites

No i dont think its weird - if my shower is in september and not june, then my wedding invites will go out before the thank yous (wedding invites will be going out in august) - I can't control it!

my shower was april 18th and my wedding invites just went out this monday. i am still writing out my thank yous lol my mom is about to kill me
