Where did everyone get ther Lingerie...you know the bra that goes under the dress.
I am buying my dress at Davids Bridal. I looked on Victoria Secret...you can try anything on and stuff was back ordered for some ridiculous amount of months. Does DB have stuff like that, if not where else can I get Lingerie.

i bought my dress there as well. its a halter so i needed a strappless bra. i checked macys and thats where i got my tummy thing, but they didnt have a good selection on strappless bras. so i actually bought mine at fashion bug, they have bigger cup sizes.

David's Bridal does sell everything you need to go under your dress, but you can also shop elsewhere. They actually had a very nice, unusually comfortable seamless long line bra. I didnt' end up finding a dress there, but was tempted to get the bra there because it was much more comfortable than the ones with the boning and underwire.

Re: Silly Question about Lingerie
I got mine at the salon I went to (Bridal Reflections), but it was actually a bra that I've seen in Macys, Bloomingdales, etc.
This was mine, it was very comfortable.
Mine was the Felina - Style: 7643 Essential Seamless Hidden Wire Bustier. Price about $70
Provides a smooth seam free foam bodice for shape and support. Bodice hugs the hips gently but firmly so the garment will not roll. Seamless foamed lined cups with molded graduated pads along with hidden under wires with double cushion tips and double cushioned boninb placed only in the back and sides create amazing comfort and versatility. The strapless neckline and deep V back allow for multiple Bridal and formal dress attire.

I wore the same one! Bought it from David's Bridal and since it was the only one in stock (they were packing to move to their Westbury location) I got it for $35 (half price). It rocked!

Re: Silly Question about Lingerie
i had to get my corset from burtons where i got the dress because i had bought one at macys but it showed through the dress. it had a flower in the center so it kind of stuck out. most dress shops should have something for you

Georgettes in Hicksville. The ladies there are awesome and I got my very comfortable, low backed strapless long line bra for $30!

Re: Silly Question about Lingerie
Thanks! I think I will go to Davids tomorrow and see what they have. I wanted to get something lacey and sexy...but I was wondering about seeing it through the dress. Maybe I will just buy a plain one.

Re: Silly Question about Lingerie
I got a bunch of different things but the one I'm going to go with is from Mary's Corsetiers in Woodbury. They've been really great even though it's pretty much a 2 hour trip everytime I go there, even when I arrive just as they open. They added metal boning, took in the waist on the corset, and added pads. They even did the alterations as I waited.
