This might be a dumb question, but I am willing to take the risk of looking silly! Where exactly do I leave the bags? I know what kind of items to put in them, but where do I leave them...in the hotel rooms, at the front desk? Thanks for any info! :)

I've always seen them at the desk handed to the guests at check in.

ITA. I have also asked this when blocking the rooms, and they said just to give it to them and they take care of it. I understand they just hand it to the guests as they check in. so ask ur hotel. not a silly Q at all

This is a good question! You normally give it to the hotel where you do your block. They'll know which guests are under your block and as they check in they hand them the bags

at the front desk... that way when your guest checks in - the desk person will give them the welcome bag!

ive been to weddings where the front desk gives it to u at check in and ive been to weddings where its in ur room already.
