Silly question for the early September Brides

When are you going to put the 'I'm Getting Married this Month' avatar up?

If I wait until September then I will only have it up for 6 days and I should really at that point just put the 'I'm Getting Married this Week' avatar up.

I was thinking of putting it up on August 6th...which is technically one month before my wedding...

I know....people keep saying its getting close only blah blah days and I'm like its 34 days or whatever it is at that moment and they are like wow keeping track down to the day and I tell them no, I am on a wedding website that does it for me and I see it every time I log on...they must think I am nuts!

I'm just about done with everything except the things that can't be done until that last week. Oh and the seating chart and placecards....which can't be done until I get the responses from the slackers

How is everyone's planning going?

I had my menu and Church meetings yesterday. So I'm doing programs this week - yay! Ordering some candy today for the candy bar. Still on the search for something for may hair for the reception. Another payment to the photographer today. Emailing slackers who haven't responded - annoying Working on a preliminary seating chart...have to finish favors, wrap bridal party gifts, still buy some bridal party gifts - lots!!

okay real quick rsvp rant! Fh just called and said that one of the slackers called him to rsvp and said 'im not sending the card back im xcoming with my Gf' what the F@@@ then called back and said oh ps can you sit us with 'john doe' because we dont know anyone else! what the heck!! i dont get people i would never call someone and tell them where to sit me at their wedding!! this is the 2nd argument i have had with people!! i will try to accomidate the best i can but if i cant i will sit you somewhere and you will like it!! sorry rant over!
