We do get an inner envelope for the invites, right?

It isn't on the materials breakdown she sent me and now I'm wondering if I was supposed to ask for it separately I feel dumb asking

i think you might have to ask for one - im not doing an inner envelope - my invitations are going to be in a jacket like the picture i attached (except my ribbon and buckle are on the actual invitation not on the jacket part)

i just didnt feel like adding another envelope since the invitation is already inside the jacket i never noticed inner envelopes until LIW so im hoping nobody is looking for mine

but i think you have to ask

i think i read somewhere on the internet that they arent necessary but people still use them b/c a long time ago that was the way it was done.....or something like that

I'm not getting a pocketfold, so I think I should get one. . .I mean, I have a pocket on the back of my invite to hold the inserts, its kind of hard to explain, but nothing covering the invite itself.

Is the point of the inner envelope just to hold all of the inserts together? If so, I guess I don't really need one, since I have the pocket.

Definitely ask her!! She's so sweet and patient.

She did mine and I didnt get an inner envelope. She also doesnt have lined envelopes. I ended up ordering liners from paper presentatoion and they didnt fit on the envelope

O well...my invites are going out tonight, way later than they were supposed to.
