Silly questions about the LIRR
Would I have to buy a ticket for Nicolas?? I'm guessing yes, because he would need to be on a seat.
Second question... How do I secure his carseat??

nope.. kids under 12, I think or like 6 are FREE.. =)
and there would be no way for you to secure his carseat.. just bring his stroller nad you can stroll him in

Yes - kids under 5 are free and I think kids between 6 and 11 are $0.50.
