silly ring question

Does everyone sleep and shower with their engagement ring on? If not, where do you keep it?

I sleep with it on but I don't shower with it ...I leave it on my dresser..

I sleep with it on, and then when I shower, cook or clean, I take it off and put it in the box he gave it to me in.

I sometimes sleep with it on, but never shower with it on. When I'm not wearing it, it goes in a little ring box in my dresser.

Don't shower with it on. don't wash dishes with it on, try and put it on after I've put hair stuff in!
I keep it in the box it came in on my nightable.

I sleep with it on...take a shower with it on. If I'm doing really tough dirty dishes...I will take it off. I clean it every Friday with Jewerlry Cleaner that I got from the local Jeweler.

I'm terrible. This ring NEVER comes off unless it's being cleaned. I'm so bad with jewelry that I'm petrified of losing it if I take it off for even a second.... plus it's not insured yet...

I leave it on for everything I never take it off (unless I put lotion on my hands) but I wear diswashing gloves when I do dishes so there is no reason to take it off

I take it off when I cook, do dishes and when I go to sleep. I put it back in the box when I take it off.

I take mine off when I get home from work and put it in my jewelry box. It's old (was my grandmother's) and it has a lot of cut-outs in the metal, so (a) it's fragile and (b) lotion, soap, etc can get stuck in the cut-outs. I religiously put it in the jewelry box so I always know where it is when I'm not wearing it.

I never take it off. Only to put lotion on. I do everything with it on. Even make meatballs! I am notorious for loosing things, forgetting things and so on. I know it would be a matter of time before I left it somewhere. He had it insured and paid the first premium before he even proposed.

Yes, I do. The only time I take it off is when I am doing yard work, and then I keep it in my jewelry box.

I sleep with it on sometimes but FH would freak if I said I showered with it on! He is paranoid even though its now insured that something will happen to it! He doesnt even like the idea that I sleep with it on!
I have a waterford ring dish that I keep it in when I am not wearing it!

I usually sleep with it on but I don't shower with it on. During the day, it comes off when I lotion up and sometimes when I wash my hands. I'm bad - I just leave it on the counter...or put it in my pocket when I'm in a public restroom.

Heh... Im REALLY bad

I wear it to work and when I leave the house.

Otherwise it's on my watch band with my other ring.

I couldnt Imagine wearing it to sleep. I'd scratch myself too much I think. It's a high set Marquise.

I come home from work and take my stuff off immediately. So nope I dont shower, clean, cook or sleep with it on.
