I haven't been on this site since my wedding. But, I was just wondering if anyone who used Silverfox for video and photography is unhappy with them? I know I sure am. Why you ask?
A) The videographer was with us for 9 hours. My UNEDITED video is one hour and 20 minutes. What the heck happend to the other seven hours and 40 min?????? Now, I'm not planning on sitting around watching 7 hours worth of video on a daily basis, however, it would have been nice to see. He missed so much! After the amount of money I paid, I expected more. Silverfox's response to this? 'That's just the way our video's are'
B) I gave them a lengthy list of specific pictures I wanted taken throughout the day. Now, granted, I have about 1000 pictures, however, I'm missing a LOT of important pictures of important people that I requested. For example, my husband's grandfather is not in one single picture!!!
So, I was just wondering if anybody else experienced this with Silverfox.

I am sorry you had such a bad experience-We won't evem meet with them now. Thank you. I would contact the Better Business Bureau-see if they can help. Good luck.

Aww, thats aweful. Im sorry, but you have every right to be upset. DO you have any proofs? Are the pics they took beautiful?

I tried to look at some of ur pix, and the ones I saw, not sure if theyre the proofs, or just ones ur friends.family took, but I think theyre beautiful.
Really look through ur proof album. Im sure u can learn to love them. Eitherthat, or complain, conplain complain and take day after shots! If ur totally unhappy, i'd let them know!
I never heard of them though, by the way. . .

im sorry you have to deal with that! i would be upset to thats ridiculous def contact the BBB....but the pictures that are in your review look great! also i notcied on your review u gave them an A ...you might want to change that for future brides

Even if the pics are beautiful, if there are people an events missing... well, there's no excuse for that.
I would NOT give up complaining to them. That is NO way to run a business.
I won't be even considering them knowing this is how they handled the complaint.
Messing up is one thing - all professionals do it at one point or another... but being totally unwilling to accept any responsibility or attempt to make any amends is unacceptable.

Did you contact John about that?
We had a great experience with them.
Also it says on a paper when you get the video if there is a problem playing it to contact them right away

My sister used them and also had similiar issues... nob pictures she asked for were taken. They had 2 photographers and they jsut took all the same pictures, she called to tell them how she felt and they havent gotten back to her in weeks. SHe got married in April and still hasnt picked thank yous or anything b/c she is so upset. They were pricey too....
Im sorry you had to deal with this... Im sure there are many people that have great pictures for you....
You should def let them know how u feel.

Well I have not had my wedding yet but have booked with them. I loved them at first but have definitely had issues since dealing with them. They apparently moved their location and did not notify clients which made me upset.
I guess I will have to make sure other people take the pics I want of family members but I think it is sad that a professional company cannot do what you pay them to do! It is a shame that we are paying these people and they are not giving what clients expect and deserve.
I am sorry that you had this experience with them and I would definitley contact the BBB on their service or lack of service! Also, talking about it on here is probably good because it will deter business from them!

Since posting the other day, I went back through all my pictures. I don't completely hate silverfox. The pictures they took are beautiful and there are so many of them. HOwever, I am upset about the fact that they missed a lot of pics and that my video is missing SOOOOOOOO much of my day. It's really the video part that's the most upsetting. I did give them an A in my review, but I also wrote that about 2 weeks after my wedding when I hadn't gotten anything back from them yet, And, I haven't been on this site since then. so, i havn't updated it.
