I have nothing but good things to say about Silverfox. Their portfolio is beautiful, I like the ala carte pricing and so far their customer service has been wonderful. They've ALWAYS been contactable to me.....

my friend was supposed to have their engagement photoshoot and they never showed up and haven't been able to get in contact with them
They don't typically get negative reviews at all At least not on this site. I wonder what happened

We used them and have nothing but great things to say about them.
It's strange that they never showed up and strange that they can't get a hold of them. Maybe your friends had the wrong day? We had to meet them at the studio for our shoot. I talk to them all the time. Just call. Weird

I don't know what happened to anyone else's friends, but I booked Silverfox after one of my friends had an exceptionally positive experience with them. I won't speak for her except to say that her recommendation was enough for me to book them.
Here's what my experience has been since I booked:
1. when my mom and I went in to meet with John, the owner, he gave us tons of time to look over thier work and then spent about a half an hour answering our questions.
2. when I called to ask them to come a little earlier on my wedding day then we had initially agreed to, John's reply was, 'Whatever you want!'
3. when I sent an email with some questions (after midnight) John replied to me at 7:30 the next morning!
4. and, I happened to call this afternoon to set up an appointment to 'bond' with my main photographer before the weddding (something John recommended) , and they just left me a message confirming.
Most of my vendors have been fine to work with, but still no one even comes close to how professional and totally nice the guys at Silverfox are.
I'm really into photography and put a lot of importance on this choice in my wedding planning (second only to my choice of groom). So all I can say is that they totally have my trust and I cannot imagine that they would leave any of their clients hanging.
