Similar to cold feet thread

but I am anxious. I feel like I do not have enough time. Like I wish the wedding was a year off not just over 5 months. I feel like things are not going to get done.

I had a nightmare last night that I was at the wedding & I forgot to do a whole bunch of things so we had nothing prepared.

Maybe I just like the planning stuff part though I have ****** at it recently & I have been engaged so long now, & that it will all come too quickly & be over before I know it.

What is wrong with me? Maybe it is the holidays & I am just transferring the stressing?

You're probably just really stressed out with the wedding and of course the holidays. It's just SO much to do all in this time. But everything will get done and it'll wonderful. Try to relax and enjoy!

I know exactly how you feel! You are not alone.
FH & I have been engaged since July 06 and when we got engaged I kept thinking that it was going to be the longest 2 yrs ever. Time is just flying right by!!!!!!!!!! We have 7 mths to go and I am just getting more and more anxious!
I have the same nightmares...we'll be at the reception and something will be missing because we forgot to book it. They are the worst!
It's normal for someone to have anxiety before such a big event.
We will get through it and everything will get done!

I've had this dream before too!! Tell him he is not alone. I had a dream that I forgot my dress, that i forgot to bring the money. to pay the vendors That I forgot to invite people.

I am a ball of fun for Freud.. can we say basket case

I can so relate. I feel like I am literally losing m y mind and what kills me the most is that FH thinks that we have a lot of time on our hands and I am trying to get him to see that we DON'T. At first I was so excited but now, stress is taking over and I feel as if I am falling apart.

wait until its like a month or two away and you will feel like there is ALLL the time in the world and why won't it get here!

being anxious is totally common at this point--cause you have all your vendors lined up, ready to go and then you just have all this time to THINK of things that might go wrong! but don't let it stress you--just try and enjoy the holiday season!
