Simplicity Bride- Another Scam????

I just got a call from Simplicity Bride and Simplicity Gourmet.....they said i won a 8 day stay at a condo in either the US, Mexico or Europe......there are shows this Sunday at the Hilton Hotel in Melville to pick up the vacation package and watch a cooking show. Of course they want us to buy the pots and pans...but I already said no.

Did anyone else get this call? Hell if im bored maybe ill go to watch the show...haha.

Are they related to this site? I did get a call on my cell that I won something similiar, I deleted it because I would never trust something like that unless I entered in myself...

I got the call, but they didn't tell me I won, they just said they had good news. Something about me registering for a free HM. Did you call back?

No I didnt call back, i deleted the message. My mistake to put my cell number on here, i kept getting calls..Its just interesting that i got a similiar call for a contest that I never entered....

I got the call too.. Im registered to go and i'm assuming its a scam. But if i have nothing to do. I know I have no money to invest in the scam.. and be scammed into buying C rap.. then i dont see the harm

probably a scam.. But you can go see them cook and supposedly get a vacay.

Thats what i'm thinking. IF i dont have to give them any of my info like that. I'm fine just going for the free stuff. I know i wont be suckered into buying anything because i am BROKE..as we all are..

I just got that call tonight. The area code was 616 so I thought something was up and didn't answer. I hate these calls.

I haven't gotten this call, but I've gotten similar ones and they were definitely scams

I got that call today!!! Is it really a scam??? I mean I dont know about anyone else but i will sit through a few hours of people tring to sell me things for a free vacation! (as long as i dont have to buy anything, i'm broke!)
