This is way random....Do you guys remember Heaven's Gate cult?? I was totally obsessed and read everything about them I could. I thought they were HILARIOUS!!

They were the ones with the nike's and purple blankets and shaved their heads and castrated themselves because they thought the Halle Bopp Comet was coming to get them?? Loved it!

I really dont think it would go that far i think that thread was started because of the PSA thread that a newbie posted complaining about being in a BP and then people were responding to it and it got heated. The newbie poster was saying rude things about being a bride or something along those lines, so someone started the Bridentology thread in good fun. ITs not an actual cult...at least I should hope not.

Thanks Penny, I just gave myself the hiccups picturing random people walking around with veils on their heads
