i wrote the name in front of the last name - more formal imo

i mean i did it Mr. & Mrs. John Smith bc its a little more formal but you can do it however you want to!

I agree that it is more formal, but I don't think its absolutely required.

I agree with the other girls. You don't HAVE to do the first name but I think it's more formal.
